Q: I don’t know what treatment to book can you help me?

Q: Can you tell me what products you use?
At New Image we use multiple brands for our treatments and your technician will be able to guide you to what filler suits you best, however if you wish to have a particular product, you can do this by booking on the website. If your preferred product isn't on the list, feel free to send us a message and we can discuss if we are able to order it in for you. The technician will review your features/lifestyle during your consultation and will use the product most suited to you for optimum results and longevity. We pride ourselves as a premium brand and therefore only use premium products.

Q: I have severe swelling and bruising what should I do?
Ice, antihistamines and arnica cream are the best options for swelling and bruising. These are the two of the most common side effects and are completely normal. Bruising can be concealed 4-6 hours after and swelling can take approx 72 hours to subside. If you feel something really isn’t right then please message the emergency number. Q: I had my fillers done months ago and I have randomly swelled up.. why? Have I had a reaction?
If you have previouslt had fillers and you have randomly swelled this may be because you are carrying extra fluid in the head. Hyaluronic acid is a water binding molecule so whe you have a cold, flu, sinus problems your fillers will actually absorb the fluid. (when we say we advuse to dribnk water its s that your lips stay nice and plump) – if you take some antihistamines the swelling will subside quickly.
Q: I feel there is no difference to my lips what should I do?
As discussed in our consultations realistic expectations need to be made. 1ml of filler is equivalent to 1/5th of a teaspoon (so a very small amount) you will only notice a very subtle difference. If you are wanting a more glam look you will need additional treatments.
